This is the best branch since driving a BMW for over 20 years. The service and professional friendly staff are excellent from when they receive your call. I am particularly impressed by the security personnel, the staff members checking the car, the reception received, and everyone is expectant of clients coming through. The drivers are professional and ready at the entrance to give you a lift and take the necessary safety precautions. The stellar update on the vehicle's progress during the day by the consultants looking after you. I have not seen such excellent security measures taken by the guards including BMW Drivers driving in and out. Most of all, I was delighted as the customer! Thank you.

Car has been in for a service since the 5th of October due to parts needing to be replaced. They then stated we can collect the vehicle on Monday, 16 October. It is the 18th and now they say that the car MIGHT only be ready by 24 October. We only have one vehicle, but they do not care. Our service advisor, Brandon Barnard, useless to be fair, never gets back to you unless you phone the dealership and ask to speak to him. Then, when you want to escalate the issue to management, Brandon says he will speak to his manager, Kevin and they will be in touch. Again, if you do not phone to ask for feedback, you will never get any information out of the dealership. Kevin was supposed to phone us today, however, when we phoned in hours after Brandon said he will have Kevin phone us, we were told Kevin is out for the day. On the latest phone call with another male individual, he had slight giggles in his voice, not noting the serious nature of the call - maybe he just doesn't care? We have been non-mobile for almost 2 weeks - need to make arrangements with work to work from home, need to arrange with other people just to get to the shops, to buy food, to live. Would not recommend for anyone to take their vehicle to BMW/MINI Northcliff. Honestly, do not even buy a vehicle there either. Not worth all the hassle.

Car has been in for a service since the 5th of October due to parts needing to be replaced. They then stated we can collect the vehicle on Monday, 16 October. Their parts manager had no problem trying to aggresively overtake me and then try to drive me off the road in order to avoid hitting an oncoming car. I reported his reckless driving to the dealership and was told that they would get back to me. Nothing two days later. They obviously have no problem condoning this behaviour.

I just want to say thank you very very much for the excellent service I got from Hyundai Northcliff. From the second I submitted my documents to the day I collected my vehicle the service was fantastic, I just want to say thank you so so much to Vivian and Annelize for all the support and outstanding service. GIVE THESE TO PEOPLE A BELLS (LOL) Thank you guys I love my new car.

Horrible, Horrible service. The technicians have no clue how to fix cars, it’s continuous guess work and they charge you for all these ‘attempts’ at guessing what’s wrong. My car has gone in 3 times over a period of 2 months and it’s still in. It’s been 2 weeks and each time it’s suppose to come back I’m told it’s not starting and we don’t know why so they need more time. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO CLUE AND SHOULD NOT CLAIM TO BE CERTIFIED MECHANICS. They have no clue what they are doing and they don’t care. I wish I read the reviews and not have taken my car there. It’s been 2 weeks and they still ‘need more time’ because they have no clue. Horrible service!!!!
