INCOMPETENT PEOPLE
The people that work for MBD is the most incompetent people I have every came across I really I have on numerous times request proof that this account belongs to me but no they keep calling me for the same thing. Can someone please get someone in there that knows what they are doing PLEASE PLEASE

FRAUDELENT ACTIVITY
This is the worst place I have ever dealt with in my whole life. The call center agents and managers working in the call centers are useless. There are fraudulent activity going on my account and they told me that I need to pay R2054 to re-activate my account with some useless person in there call center changed my package without my permission the agents and the manager listened to the recordings and found out that the person on the other side was not me. and still nothing has been done to rectify my account. I WILL NOT BE PAYING THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY TO WATCH DSTV WHICH SOME IDIOT HAS CHANGED WITH OUT MY PERMISSION. I will make sure that everyone of my family and friends here about this if this matter has not been resolved

IRP5
Pathetic service I am battleling since March 2021 to get this company to sort out my IRP5 as they made a mistake on my submission . I been holding on for more than 20 min and no answer this has been going everyday. If I can say please find someone else that will take care of you and your future is is shocking to now that they really dont care about you.

FANTASTIC SERVICE
I just want to say thank you very very much for the excellent service I got from Hyundai Northcliff. From the second I submitted my documents to the day I collected my vehicle the service was fantastic, I just want to say thank you so so much to Vivian and Annelize for all the support and outstanding service. GIVE THESE TO PEOPLE A BELLS (LOL) Thank you guys I love my new car.

HOUNDED
I am being hounded for an account that does not belong to me. I have requested on several times for them to send me a contract or something stating that this belongs to me they confirmed that they are a 3rd party and don't have such documents I also requested them to give me a date on when this so called credit claims I had an account with them and that could not be given to me either, So I asked you how do you get called for something that they don't even have any documents for.
