Useless
At claim stage they start outlining conditions they never shared or are contained in the contract. They claim to offer decreasing access but and up add 5k for driving on a gravel road (which they never outlined before) just to get me to pay the supposedly decreasing access. A drunk driver hit me from behind but I ended up paying 7k for access, after my access was said to decrease yearly. They also never paid for towing my car, they told me they have a max of 60km for towing, which is counted from when the tow truck leaves its depo. None of this was ever mentioned when I joined. Useless insurance…. Do not bother with them. They look for any excuse to not pay.

CLUELESS TECHNICIANS
Horrible, Horrible service. The technicians have no clue how to fix cars, it’s continuous guess work and they charge you for all these ‘attempts’ at guessing what’s wrong. My car has gone in 3 times over a period of 2 months and it’s still in. It’s been 2 weeks and each time it’s suppose to come back I’m told it’s not starting and we don’t know why so they need more time. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO CLUE AND SHOULD NOT CLAIM TO BE CERTIFIED MECHANICS. They have no clue what they are doing and they don’t care. I wish I read the reviews and not have taken my car there. It’s been 2 weeks and they still ‘need more time’ because they have no clue. Horrible service!!!!

HORRID SERVICE WITH CLUELESS TECHNICIANS
