Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience
Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I am still in absolute shock after my experience with the owner of LS Autobody, Wayne. I have never in my life been screamed at and spoken to in such an aggressive and disrespectful manner especially not as a paying customer simply raising concerns about my vehicle, which was in for repairs. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, Wayne chose to raise his voice at the top of his lungs, leaving me completely shaken. There is simply no excuse for treating a customer this way. A service provider should be open to discussion and resolution, not verbal ************. I would not recommend this business based on this unacceptable behavior. No one deserves to be treated this way when trying to resolve a concern.

LS Autobody A COMPLETE JOKE
Worst experience i have ever had with a PB My car has been with them for more than two months. And been back THREE times and everytime something else is wrong or they simply didn't fix it. The work carried out on my car is extremely poor. From panels which doesn't allign to DOUBLE SIDED TAPE on plastics to broken parts while fixing other things. My car would have gone back for the 4th time and my insurance sent it to another place to have this mess sorted out We wont even mention the fact that their drivers drives my car 120kmh on a 60 and 80 Zone road! I do not think the people working there work on cars much because the end product is a complete joke They left broken parts on the car which was damaged in the accident and thought nothing wrong of it Just nothing but nothing was checked before sending the car out I had to point out everything not right with it.. and when it was sent back it would come back the same or half fixed You simply don't get updates AND if you do get updates it's not accurate i have received so many updates saying i can get my car a certain date and then a day before they will move it on with a week or two My car is now back at another REAL panelbeater to have their **** work fixed and after removing the whole front end they could actually see what kind of work these people do 5 Months in total now!!!!!! The real definition of a spoeg en plak conpany Absolutely the WORST!!!!!

Incomplete and poor quality work.
Dear LS Autobody. Your attempt at repair work on my car is a frightening display of unprofessionalism. You reinstalled a broken plastic panel and did not properly fasten the rear bumper, a *****/bolt is missing. Very poor.

Excellent service
I recently took my car to LS autobody Greenstone. Wonderful and professional service. They are efficient, they keep you updated and their work is simply splendid. My car looks as good as new

Excellent service
I recently took my car to LS autobody Greenstone. Wonderful and professional service. They are efficient, they keep you updated and their work is simply splendid. My car looks as good as new

Revolting reception
I dropped my vehicle this morning at LS-AUTOBODY GREENSTONE, but the reception I got from a skinny English lady was so revolting, to the extend that I regret taken my vehicle to LS-AUTOBODY GREENSTONE for repairs. A lady with this customer interaction, should not deal with people at all. I hope their repairs are better than their reception!

Revolting reception
I dropped my vehicle this morning at LS-AUTOBODY GREENSTONE, but the reception I got from a skinny English lady was so revolting, to the extend that I regret taken my vehicle to LS-AUTOBODY GREENSTONE for repairs. A lady with this customer interaction, should not deal with people at all. I hope their repairs are better than their reception!
