Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I am still in absolute shock after my experience with the owner of LS Autobody, Wayne. I have never in my life been screamed at and spoken to in such an aggressive and disrespectful manner especially not as a paying customer simply raising concerns about my vehicle, which was in for repairs. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, Wayne chose to raise his voice at the top of his lungs, leaving me completely shaken. There is simply no excuse for treating a customer this way. A service provider should be open to discussion and resolution, not verbal ************. I would not recommend this business based on this unacceptable behavior. No one deserves to be treated this way when trying to resolve a concern.
