IRP5 Requested
Hi , i am really disappointed with the level of service received from LSC Masakhe as we i have been requesting my IRP5 for the past month and till now i have no gotten a response its and my mails just get ignored, LSC Masakhe is just so unprofessional. If they can do this to one employee how many other employees they are doing this to making people cry for there own documents. They is no order and coordination in their admin and HR department that they cant even find my documents.

Hi , i am really disappointed with the level of service received from LSC Masakhe as we i have been requesting my IRP5 for the past month and till now i have no gotten a response its and my mails just get ignored, LSC Masakhe is just so unprofessional. LSC Staffing Solutions has been lieing to employees about paying them their UIF COVID19 funds. One employee has been paid. We are asking ourselves as to how is this possible because the employer has been telling us that the claim has been made, till this day we waiting.

Good Day My name is Kelebogile Motsepe ID number ( ********** 279081) In used to work for your company in 2016 ,I am so disappointed that your company submitted an IT3(A) at SARS, with sadness I could get my returns meaning that your company either is doing fraud with my information as I haven’t been working for your company for years, To my surprise yesterday the 04/07/2018 I was told that there is no money available for me after the service I rendered to my new company it was very disheartening of how I felt when I got that news I was dump strake because I had plans for the money that I was suppose to receive instead of receiving I’m now owing SARS . . I am going to take this further as this is not right and I am taking this to the Ombudsmen and hello peter .Please make sure you sort this out before end of business . Regards ***

Dismissed and Not Paid
I had been working for this Company for 4 years. Started my own business before i resigned, the company got me arrested first. Came out of the police cells was charged for gross dishonesty after about 2 weeks from release, went for a hearing and was dismissed on the 17 of November 2015. No payment was received until to date. I have tried everything possible but am failing. I took the matter to CCMA they withdrew the case and referred it to the department of labor because it is about salaries. I went to the labor department and they tried to call my ex Boss but they said he was not available that is difficult to believe. Until today i have not received my salary for November, Leave Pay and Annual Bonus. it is so painful that you work doing your best, get dismissed and your name tarnished to the clients, and of all you don't get paid for your hard work. Just wish the world can see what LSC/Foundation is like, they tarnishing the name of Imperial that i hope they are better when it comes to what they preach about taking care of staff and the BEE status.
