Good day My Name is Zanele Nyatsi, I have a debit order that is going of my account from this company for an amount of R675 , I don't have a loan with them or any other product with them . I got a call two months back I don't now from which company and I was offered a cell phone which I wanted but was told I didn't qualify . To my surprise Month end I was debited by this company I tried calling all their branched in Gauteng, EP and KZN I will hold on the line till the line gets cut off bear in mind this is happening to all their lines and their chats are not user friendly I don't now what they were thinking . I went to My bank NEDBANK to cancel the debit order and reversed payment for the debit order I didn't authorize but my own Bank failed me because they told me they cant assist me what a bank. Please I need help I am a cleaner and I struggle financial because of this *****sters
We have registered for a WIFI on the 25/02/2025 and paid R400 on the 26/02/2025 and Webafrica is taking us from pillar to poster they have not installed the WIFI and they haven't done any means to send an agent to install the WIFI . I cant get hold of them they only have a robot whats app communicator which more frustrating . I Think this company is a *****ster I want my money back and you can keep you stupid service I dont have any patience left in me for this stupid company , I wonder why did Vuma give them a chance to be an under writer when they now their fallers .
I have a with ABSA since I joined the Bank the charge me admin fees for an amount of R138 plus R99 monthly bank charges plus transactional fees. When go to the branch in Diepkloof they can explain because it's been more than 6month I have this charges. What an I really paying for. I'm thinking of moving my salary to a new bank. I'm ready tired. Life is to expensive this day and every cent counts.
I went to Nando`s at Diepkloof square last night and OMG what an perthitic service I received , people who work the are not friendly and the food they gave me I even took a video of the dry chick they served with ought the sauce on it they only gave me on sachet for both 1/4 chick I bought for me and .my daughter . If I was home I could have cooked a better chicken
Good day , I really need help Flycool is not doing what they have promised , I have paid and only got connection for two days , what was I really paying for , their service is very poor and they dont care they even take 24 hours to respond your email to top it they dont have landline we can reach them on . Wow I am rely disappointed and Irate
Good day I register with Fly Cool first week on November and I paid my R400 as per the agent who was assisting me .The was a delay on the installation side finally it was done on the 18/11/2024 and on the 19/11/2024 I was able to use the WIFI .Last night around 10:00 pm my WIFI was not working I send what to the number I got on the internet and still didn't get assistance and I have emailed as well but nothing . What I dont understand is why Flycool does not have call center number so that we can speak to an agent not a robot . I app**** for WIFI connect on the 25/06/2024 with an agent from Fly.cool and I kept on getting feedback from the admin saying my order has failed . They asked me to use a close by address which I did . I made payment on the 28/06/2024 Fly.cool send people to my place to connect the WIFI on the 01/07/2024 which they failed to do because the address was incorrectly capture as per the agents instruction . I am still waiting for technical department to change my address till this day and they are failing to do it , I spoke to Gugu and Tebogo who kept on escalating with no Success , I need Khanyisile khambule as a Manager to sort this mess out its totally unacceptable . This is the worst service ever and I have to keep on calling them because they don't even have a turnaround time to their queries
I called Vodacom I think on the 23/07/2022 blacklisting my phone which I lost on the 11/06/2022, firstly I struggle with doing a sim swap now they lied to me and said they did black list the phone but never provided me with an ITC reference number.when I try to call them they have new system , their using Tobi which is He can't assist as I kept on repeating my self several times with now success. I have been trying till now my phone and sim card are being used by some stranger and He keeps on posting pictures like He bought that phone . Vodacom has done it's best to disappoint me I'm left with now words .

I took a loan with Wonga December 2020 and the was a miss communication with regards to my debit in December, I got a call from Wonga to settle the whole amount of R1200 which was collected successfully on the 25/02/2021 ,few days later I get a call from Wonga saying I owe them R97 or more I don't remember clearly, I tell the agent I made an arrangement to settle the whole amount and what is this amount for she couldn't even explain. today I checked my credit score and it shows I owe Wonga that amount , I want Wonga to remove that amount as it's not my fault that they don't now what their doing , they trying to crock me in to paying what they failled to explain and it seems like they don't no the meaning of settlement.they need to get better agents who now's how to talk and explain to us properly.
