pathetic Service

they supposedly fixed my Aircon but as soon as they left my Aircon stopped working..they promised to come and see but never pitched...all my calls went unanswered

I called from a different number and amazingly someone answered...again promising to come as soon as the technician finishes another job....Guess what...they never pitched..again all my calls again went unanswered...

I went to the address in Century City but there were no LTC offices on the 1st floor.

please don't use these people..
