GC upholstery and Trimming / Lucrative designers

GC upholstery and Trimming / Lucrative designers, we have ordered the couches it was delivered, but had to make adjustments to the furniture, this was collected and payment for the changes was done, from August 2024 to date the couches has not been returned, we have been calling and WhatsApp's but with no success, the stories are there are in Cape Town, will deliver on specific dates, no delivery phoning and WhatsApp's does not help. I can't recommend this business to anyone as we have been struggling non stop.
