This is the second tonneau cover I have purchased from them, and once again, the experience has been seamless from start to finish. GC upholstery and Trimming / Lucrative designers, we have ordered the couches it was delivered, but had to make adjustments to the furniture, this was collected and payment for the changes was done, from August 2024 to date the couches has not been returned, we have been calling and WhatsApp's but with no success, the stories are there are in Cape Town, will deliver on specific dates, no delivery phoning and WhatsApp's does not help. I can't recommend this business to anyone as we have been struggling non stop.
Scam. They took my money and now they are gone. Fake numbers. Cant believe they are getting away with it
I order 2 sets of earphone for a present in time for Christmas. Received a mail that delivery will be with in 10 days in time, only to receive a mail 18 Dec 2019 that the couriers is not working any more and that the goods will be delivered in second week of Jan 2020 only I ask for it to be send via Post Net only to get the answer NO. This is not 1 ste time having problems with this company PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM EVER AS THEY DO NOT KEEP TO THE WORD !!!!
I did order goods by 15 Dec 2017 to be in time for 25 Dec 2017, i did send Onedayonly a e-mail Tuesday 19 Dec 2017 to make sure that the delivery will be in time. When i did contact them on Friday 22 Dec 2017 after 20 e-mail only to find out that the goods will not be delivered, i did contact there CEO that did drop the phone in my ear as he did not what to make sure i receive my parcel in time. i did contact the courier company and make arrangements for delivery and Onedayonly needed to carry the cost i was told NO, they will not make sure the parcel is delivered in time only 27 Dec 2017 may be. I was on e-mail and phone from 9:00 to 13:27 with out any success, i will have to drive from Rustenburg to Centurion tomorrow (Saturday 23 Dec 2017) to collect my parcel my self i that not the best customer service There is also no phone number to contact Onedayonly on the web, i had to contact the courier company to get numbers for Onedayonly One wonder why there is no customer call center
