Please beware of this company as they have scammed me into purchasing a software package used for online trading which does not exist. Six months later I still do not have the product sold to me and the company/owner ignores all correspondence.

WARNING! this company is a scam and they come to your home to sell software that doesn't exist. A sales rep Shaun Roodt came to my home to sell a product which he lied about. The company accepts your money then they don't answer calls, emails etc leaving you with a bad credit record for money which setup the finance on your behalf. The company owners also cannot be contacted and do not respond to their sales reps behavior which ultimately means they condone unethical and fraudulent business practices. Quite shocking how companies like this exist and continue to scam people.

Some consultant phone me and asked if I am aware that someone opened an account on the stock exchange on my behalf and making 25% profit and only paying me 7%. I have asked him to provide me with the details as to where did he get the information from as such information is confidential. His repay was the he did not know. This is quite concerning as all information should be treated confidential in terms of the POPI act. Thus they either are in breach of the POPI act or lying through their teeth. If someone is lying about something what ells are the lying about?

Lucre Ultimate solutions is the holder of my guarantee for a Forex trading training provider. The guarantee stated that if I was not to make a 40% ROI after 6 months, my full investment will be paid back to me. I did not make the 40% ROI as mentioned above and claimed my guarantee from LUS. They offered me an extension to the guarantee of 6 months, wherein they agreed to fund my trading account with $150.00, however they did not meet their end of the bargain, and I once again claimed my guarantee. After numerous calls, emails and private messages, they finally agreed to honor the agreement and pay me back the guarantee, but asked to do so in installments due to the difficult financial times experienced in 2020. I had the owner of LUS sign an "Installment Payment Agreement", and they paid the first installment on time. From there things went south, They started ignoring my calls, emails etc., and I gave them ample time to rectify the issue. However, they did not respond, and I was forced to appoint a debt collector agency to try and get them to pay. They did not, and I further had to resort to blacklisting the company through the appointed debt collector, therefore they should not/cannot provide financial services to anyone until he has settled his default payment(s). If they would've met their part of the guarantee, the unpleasantness would not have occurred.

LUS was originally a reseller for Diversit-e Smart Trade college and is now a reseller for Sharetrackin. I did not make the promised 40% ROI, and claimed my guarantee from LUS. After a few conversations, an extension to the guarantee was agreed to, but LUS did not meet their side of the agreement. Again a lot of calls and emails later, they finally agreed to settle my guarantee, but added that due to the difficult economic times, they would do so in installments. I had Evert Oosthuizen sign an installment payment agreement, and a demand for payment letter. They met only the first installment, whereafter they started ignoring my calls, emails and messages. Long story short, I have had employ a debt collector and finally had to list Evert Oosthuizen as a defaulter on the National Defaulter Database (i.e he is now blacklisted). As I understand it, as they claim to be an FSP, he may no longer provide any financial services due be being listed. I would advise anyone not to sign any agreements/guarantees or the like where LUS is involved. PS. Diversit-e was extremly helpful when things started to go south with LUS and I must commend them therefore.

I lost R8000 in 6 months after Lucre Ultimate Solutions (reseller for Diversit-e) gave me a written guarantee that I will make a profit of $10 a day through Diversit-e smart trade college by doing Forex trading. The salesman (Jaco Grobbelaar) explained to me that it is very easy and will only take a couple of minutes a day to do this. I told him that it sounds to good to be true, but he insisted that it is as easy as explained and that they will give me a written guarantee. I signed up as I had nothing to loose since I had a guarantee that I will receive my money back if I do not make the profit. I obtained the R34 500 through a loan by the financial institution recommended by Diversit-e called CT international. After several "training" sessions I was still making a loss, and the Diversit-e person (Ernst Marais) in more that one training session said that I am doing everything correct. He then requested me to start reading Forex news daily and look at economic calendars daily. This started taking up a huge amount of time every day, and still I made losses. Several times I would send the trainer/expert a whatsapp before doing a trade, and after his blessing still made huge losses. When I eventually insisted that they honor their guarantee and return all my money Evert Oosthuizen informed me that they will only return the original capital, and not the interest. The guarantee stipulated MONEY BACK guarantee. The settlement agreement they sent me first did not even stipulate that they will refund the R34 500. After months of fighting and e-mails they eventually sent me a settlement agreement that stipulated that they will at least refund the R34 500 and the monthly R249.99 I paid directly to them for their "expertise and advice" I had no option than to agree to this to prevent loosing even more, and legal fees just did not make it worth fighting this. So be warned. They will promise you the moon, but you will walk out as the looser in the end.
