Excellent after sales service

Excellent after sales service! I bought luggage for my wife and I from Luggage Warehouse online (great prices at the time I may add). Some years later the one castor got damaged while on holiday overseas. I contacted Luggage Warehouse to see if they could help and was assisted by Chris who responded quickly and organised a repair with no arguments or issues.
