Excellent after sales service
Excellent after sales service! I bought luggage for my wife and I from Luggage Warehouse online (great prices at the time I may add). Some years later the one castor got damaged while on holiday overseas. I contacted Luggage Warehouse to see if they could help and was assisted by Chris who responded quickly and organised a repair with no arguments or issues. I wish interactions with all companies were as pleasant as this...

Excellent after sales service
Excellent after sales service! I bought luggage for my wife and I from Luggage Warehouse online (great prices at the time I may add). Massive verity of products and good prices. My items were on pre-order and they proactively kept me updated on its progress. The items arrived ahead of schedule and was delivered to me quicker than expected.

Luggage Warehouse: Real People, Real Service
I contacted Luggage Warehouse via email regarding a damaged bag (not one of theirs) that I wanted to claim from my travel insurance, and needed a quote for. I was sick of chatbots and computer generated responses. Chris Warncke immediately replied. He gave me excellent advice and supplied the letter for the claim and quote in no time. He didn't even try to sell me anything. He patiently replied promptly to all my mails and answered all my questions. Of course I ordered my replacement case through them, they were the cheapest as well. He even gave me a discount coupon to use on the website. Luggage Warehouse has gained a loyal customer for life. info@luggagewarehouse.co.za

Best Service, Best Stock
I went to the branch in Willowbridge, Durbanville. Absolutely exceptional service and the best variety of stock in the whole of SA. I searched for about 6 months for a quircky cabin bag and they had so many. The attendant was so helpful and suggested various manners to adorn my suitcase. I cannot praise them enough. I have referred quite a few of my friends there, and they all loved it.

I purchase a beauty case for my mom. They called to let me know they didn't have the colour I wanted in stock, but I could wait or switch it if I wanted to. I decided to change it for a different colour, and they sent it the same day. I received it the day after
