Bought a TV online with delivery and followed up 10 days after as I got no feedback. Emailed 3 times and eventually got through to their call centre on the 4th attempt. They then only told me there was a problem with the TV license. Terrible service and order handling. Stick with the trusted retailers rather.
Massive verity of products and good prices. My items were on pre-order and they proactively kept me updated on its progress. The items arrived ahead of schedule and was delivered to me quicker than expected.
Such a terrible experience just trying to sing up their service. Their sales team is great and efficient of course.....BUT the after sales support is bad! You can only chat to them via messaging and they are very slow to respond. My chat got ended twice because I was waiting on them to get back to me! Then I need to start the process again and re-verify myself and explain my problem to a new agent. I even tried to call their sales desk to escalate the lack of support and I was rudely told to use the chat and the phone was put down in my face! DO NOT USE THEM
