I contacted Luggage Warehouse via email regarding a damaged bag (not one of theirs) that I wanted to claim from my travel insurance, and needed a quote for. I was sick of chatbots and computer generated responses. Chris Warncke immediately replied. He gave me excellent advice and supplied the letter for the claim and quote in no time. He didn't even try to sell me anything. He patiently replied promptly to all my mails and answered all my questions. Of course I ordered my replacement case through them, they were the cheapest as well. He even gave me a discount coupon to use on the website.
