Luggage Warehouse: Real People, Real Service
I contacted Luggage Warehouse via email regarding a damaged bag (not one of theirs) that I wanted to claim from my travel insurance, and needed a quote for. I was sick of chatbots and computer generated responses. Chris Warncke immediately replied. He gave me excellent advice and supplied the letter for the claim and quote in no time. He didn't even try to sell me anything. He patiently replied promptly to all my mails and answered all my questions. Of course I ordered my replacement case through them, they were the cheapest as well. He even gave me a discount coupon to use on the website. Takelot rocks!
After a year of using Takelot on a regular basis, I give them a perfect score. I have done many orders, returns and refunds. They have always delivered before or on time. Never late. Parcels are always in good condition. Even over the busiest time of the year, they deliver on time. I can only imagine the logistics it takes to run such an operation. Well done Takelot!!

Not a scam, but very slow
Not a scam, but very slow. Next time I'd rather pay a little more somewhere else and receive it on time. After waiting an extra week for delivery, the saving was definitely not worth it.
