I had to do a last minute rental on 26 Dec. I went to the branch in Durban road Durbanville. Ek o my goodness the friendliest staff. Amazing check in information and assistance. I dropped it at the Cape Town airport with Chado. Highly recommend.
So Vodacom phoned me for an UPGRADE. NOTHING WILL CHANGE THEY SAID, IN FACT, IT WILL BE BETTER. well not sure if they understand the words upgrade or better. As i asked the person who phoned me if anything will change and she said in fact it will just change for the better. FIRST they took all my minutes away. My mum is 90 and i use my minutes (for which i pay extra) to phone her. They could only add it at the end of 2 months!!! Now i had 20G data, and i am not stuck with 7.5 after they gave me my minutes back. HOW ON ****** EARTH, does this work, you give me my minutes bakc, but take my data away WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY. Someon from vodacom phoned me, apologized and said she will come back the same day, that was Monday MORNING, we are now at Wed afternoon. Please fix your mistakes!
I order for my elderly mum living in Cape Town. I live in Johannesburg. This is now the 2nd time i have ordered her the Huisgenoot magazine. On the site you cannot choose the latest cover. I mean seriously why would i order a week ago's Huisgenoot. I even put it in the note, do not give me an old one. True as bob, i again received an old copy. Can we PLEASE SORT THIS OUT. Update your magazines weekly not monthly! This is seriously annoying.
I flew with Qatar to Lisbon. My suitcase handle broke on the way in the luggage transit to Lisbon. I have travel insurance. I cannot log a claim without a reference from Qatar Airways. Since October I HAVE HAD NO REPLY. You can email every single day, it just gets IGNORED!!! Pathetic. Answer your emails. You cannot just accept money for flights, customer service and the rest comes with running an AIRWAY!!! What the hell!

I have tried to get hold of them on email for weeks. NOT A SINGLE REPLY. I absolutely love my phone but with absolutely **** service, by not at all answering your emails that is pathetic. No company should take weeks to reply.
I cancelled my policy because you are ridiculous with your premiums and co payments. While I was online the line kept cutting out, due to network problems (GO FIGURE). I asked her how long notice period i need to cancel my insurance. She said 30 days, which is completely untrue as my insurance was cancelled immediately. She then dissappeared completely and never phoned me back even though she has all my details. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!
I have been a customer of vodacom for years. My phone has been insured with them and i have never had problems. I have submitted my claim and was told yesterday that my excess is over R6000. That is absolutely crazy. I already pay almost R500 per month for insurance, where my colleague pays R250 for her Samsung S24. Its total ******ion. I will not accept this. You do not need to give me a new Srange, give me a Samsung S22 or pay me the value but i certainly cannot pay R6000 for an excess, ITS TOTALLY ABSURD!!!!
My phone was ****** and i reported it to Vodacom. I had my IMEI nrs and serials nrs and asked for sim and phone to be blocked. When i went into the store for my insurance i was told by Vodacom customer care and insurance that it was a dual sim phone and i only blocked one sim, even though i never ever used the 2nd sim. Also at NOT ONE STAGE did the Vodacom customer care asked me for the 2nd sim IMEI nr. Although it took my literally 10 mins to block my first IMEI i was now told it could take up to 14 WORKING DAYS to block the 2nd one. How insane is this. So no claim could be logged while this process was going on. UNBELIEVABLE. Not only must i work through the trauma of being ****** in broad daylight, I now cant do anything as i do not have a phone. Absolutely shocking service from customer care and insurance.
Kamo was absolutely amazing with my delivery in Bryanston. We had numerous problems due to an incident that happened at the house, and he kept communicating and delivered the parcel in the end. Such exceptional service. So impressed.
