I was running late to get home to make dinner. Ordered just before I left to go home, my ordered arrived 5 minutes after I got home, in peak traffic. Took a total of 25 minutes to receive the order. Thank you for the speedy and efficient service, plus delivered by the most happy and awesome delivery driver! Keep up the great work
I ordered a rug and cushions from Coricraft online, and it took OVER 3 weeks to be delivered, thought it would be easier to collect from their store, but they said it would be the same amount of time for the waiting period. Do not bother with their customer care, as they are not in the least bit willing to assist. I purchased 4 cushions, but only needed 2 after all, as the area is too small for so many. It was past the 30 day return period, and even though the cushions are still in their sealed packaging (clearly unused), they would not budge. Surely you can assess and make an exception to the rule, especially considering how much has been spent by us in your stores over the past 2 years. My case was closed without me even being able to respond, they are truly not cared about after sales, as this is not the first time customer care has been this apathetic. The only person involved who was friendly and willing to try was Travis from the PE store. Hopefully online can take some tips/training from him.

My wallet was ****** in August. Discovery Bank questioned and interrogated me, as though I was the ********. Upon following up, I have received no response from them. FNB on the other hand had no questions, they investigated, and promptly refunded me the money which was transacted on my account *****ulently. Not impressed with Discovery or the level of service.
I placed an order for a product on 17 April. The item was delivered on 19 April, however it was the incorrect product. I ordered the Drill Doctor 500x, but the XP was sent. My first email was sent on 19 April, and I got a same day response, however that is the last response received. I have sent numerous emails, and no response. I received 1 phone call to say online will be in touch to collect and exchange with the correct product, yet almost a month later, I am still waiting. This is a gift, and was needed urgently!
So impressed with the excellent service I received from Shane and his team at Dischem Baywest. They went out of their way to source a baby monitor which I was wanting, but not in stock. Ordered it in for me, and received it the next day. Keep up the excellent customer service!!
We applied for a business contract through MTN online on the 23rd of November. The lack of correspondence received from Charmaine Shikwambana is a joke, and the fact that I have been waiting going on close to 3 weeks is even worse.
Our flights were cancelled due to the new covid variant. I contacted the company to cancel, over 30 hours before we were meant to collect, but got an auto response, to which nobody responded. When following up they say they can't refund me as I was a no show. I cancelled way before, but they were too useless to get back to me, and then it became my problem. Their "FREE CANCELLATION" means FULL PAYMENT. BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY! Not impressed!!
