I spoke to Jay-Cee regarding an ongoing issue. He was incredibly helpful giving me clear and detailed instructions and explanations on how to resolve the issue. Excellent service.
I had issues with a Verimark product and the repairs department but the regional manager Joseph Sibanyoni saved the day. He went out of his way to help me and make sure the issue was resolved, he was unbelievably helpful, he is definitely an asset to the company
I have a genesis vacuum still under warranty. I had honestly only used it about 6 times before I realized the switch was broken. It was my own fault for not taking it in earlier but it was still sent in under warranty. About a month later an "attempt" was made to contact me about the quote for the repair. I was left one voicemail and that was it, no email or anything in writing to verify the quote. Once I got the voicemail, I tried to call the contact centre 3 times but it didn't even ring. After this, I tried to phone my local branch 18 times over a few days but still no answer. A week later I was notified that my machine was back with no repairs carried out because they "could not get hold of me." I emailed someone that deals with repairs asking for a solution and asking for the machine to be taken back, a quote given in writing but all I got was a blunt response saying stating the obvious problem with no solution. I can't even get my machine repaired else where because everyone I have contacted says they struggle to get verimark parts. Now I am just stuck with a vacuum that I can't get the brand, or anyone else to help me with. Overall a very very poor experience.
