Terrible Service and unprofessional behaviour from owner/manager.
Booked for Father's Day. Everything that could go Wrong - Went Wrong! I have never in my life ever been treated like this before at any restaurant, especially when i have know the brand and the original owners for 22 years plus. The unprofessional service from managers and new owner. Was completely out of line and had no respect for the elderly let alone normal people like my family. I booked a table in of the week and call 3 times to confirm that everything would be perfect for fathers day. But to be disrespectful and extremely rude and the white new manger/owner almost hit me in the face for no reason. I will never recommend this place to anyone and if anyone ask about this place I will tell to go somewhere else. I hope this message will get other people to write about the terrible experiences that they have had at the restaurant. I have no doubt that this place will close down very soon if they continue down this road.

Excellent service, well done Luigis
Wonderful service, a month or so back. We ordered pizzas and pastas from Luigis via Uber Eats. There were 5 items, and Luigis packed them into a big box for the Uber driver to deliver. Unfortunately, they were not tightly packed in the big box, and one of the pastas was packed on its side, so it moved about during delivery to the extent that it opened up in the big box, and spilt. When I called, at first they told me that it was Uber's fault, and I should complain to them. However, when I explained that it was due to the big box that they had used, they immediately sent a replacement meal with their driver. That is the kind of service one hopes to receive. Even when they make a mistake, they do the necessary to fix it and keep their customer's faces smiling and tummys full. And the pizzas and pastas were delicious, by the way. We've been back since, when it was cold, they have lovely woodfires as well, great atmosphere. We'll be back again.

Worst PIzza Ever with bad management
Worst Pizza I have ever had, and I have had many. The Frutti Di Mare was tasteless. They took the seafood mix, defrosted it and placed on the base, made it watery and soggy. I complained to the manager, and his response, what must He do followed up by blaming the supplier of the seafood. He then said he would give a free desert (but not to replace the pizza). Then the bill came and he billed us for the desert. Rubbish pizza, with lies to back it up from the manager. This left a very bad taste in our mouth and we will tell everyone we know to avoid this pizzeria.

Great place for Good lunch time service
<p>Great service, Waitress Vathiswa brought me things before I even asked for it, Good food and good drinks. A worthwhile lunch spot or dinner spot to indulge in good italian food. Pity on the out of stock chicken. but still lots of great alternatives. </p>

Disappointed in taste.
<p>We ordered 3 pizzas from Louigis Olivedale on Sunday evening the 30th of October. As we are familiar with Louigi's good quality food and tasty pizzas, we were very disappointed as the pizzas were really tasteless this time and toppings lacked. Not sure if this was because of a take away order?</p>

Best family restaurant
My family has been going to Luigi's since it opened and the experience is always amazing. Shelton knows everyone so well that when I walked in tonight he immediately asked when I got back - I've been away for four months - and gave me such a warm reception. I just love going there. The service is always incredible too
