petition for keeping lulu Chinese restaurant open

lulu Chinese restaurant is situated in Brighton square kraaifontein for the past 10 years..We currently are renting a property by Swish property group tel is 0214477244 email address is [Email Removed] contract expired the end of May 2015,they bought me the contract to renew the lease on the 5th may 2015.I signed the lease and asked them for my copy,they said they will bring it to me the next week,but still we are waiting for the copy of the lease.On 23 June they bring me a letter to say that we must move out at the end of July.They want the property for another business to make more money for them in their pockets.We never paid short or late on our rent,they never complained about us.I think they are taking me for a fool because I am Chinese.OVer 1000 of customers started a petition to keep Lulu Chinese restaurant open,we are a nice family restaurant with the best sushi and Chinese in the Kraaifontein and surrounding suburbs.We have people coming from the southern suburbs to make a meal out of our best food.Surely something can be done to make Swish property group aware of their unfairness towards us.Please help me to get my copy of my lease please.
