After receiving an email to say that my package is on the way I checked the tracking number two days later to find out that Fastway was at Lumeo to collect the parcel and was told it was not packed yet. According to Zak the delay was due to a courier glitch. What utter nonsense!!! No apology, just blame the courier service. I was hesitant to order from them after reading countless bad reviews but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake!!! I needed the package to arrive before leaving on holiday but will definitely not be receiving it on time due to bad service and incompetence. The order has now been cancelled at my request but whether I will be refunded is another story. Zak doesn’t even reply to my emails. The mentality of ignore the customer and the problem, it might just disappear. Unfortunately this business is not based on honesty and integrity. I will NEVER be ordering from them again, ever!!!
