STAY AWAY FROM LUNA HOME ZA
My daughter bought a couch from Luna Home ZA, paid fully for it, and the couch was never delivered. They took her money and kept promising her that it will be delivered, even giving her a date, when they knew that it was never going to happen. It's about six months now. Please stay away for this shop.

If you fancy throwing moeny down the drain then possibly deal with Luna Home ZA / Luna Homes / Lcs Design what ever they have changed their name to. they take your money and never actually deliver. so theft is how they make money , ****s , lies , empty promises . Happy customer with beautiful custom pieces
We bought several headboards and bases from this company, we had read the bad reviews about order delays and clients waiting months which really scared us. However the owner explained why there was a delay and was very honest and told us that we would wait longer than the normal dates of 30-35 business days because of power outages and loadshedding. We ended up waiting almost 50 days to finally get our order. However, we are blown away by the quality and craftsmanship. We wanted a specific design that my wife found on Pinterest. They created a 10 page beautiful document for us with our designs and interior design to show us what it would look like in our house. They came and took dimensions at our new home and they really made us feel cared for. Im writing this review because people only write reviews when they have something to complain about. This business has been a pleasure to work with and deserves credit. The staff are knowledgeable and professional and the service is human and close and Nicha gave us interior design guidance for free. Waiting a long time was not ideal and in fact very painful, however the results were worth it and we are very happy with our furniture. We have ordered from Coricraft Menlyn before and had a nightmare experience and they are a big business. Smaller businesses are the way to go and they deserve the credit because of the attention to care and finish and service. Thanks guys

Beautiful pieces but delay in delivery.
Beautiful pieces. We are very happy with the quality and overall finish of the L shape we ordered. The stitching is really impeccable and they are very skilled. Driver was friendly. However our order was delayed by a week and their phone line goes to voicemail. They said its no longer in use, they need to take that number down from their website.

Very happy with the quality and personal service. Love our furniture!!!!!!!
I am so happy and blown away by the quality of the couch and beds we ordered. This is the third time we have bought from them and honestly they are the best. We were building and had placed our order prior, however we realised the dimensions of the one wall were incorrect. The owner and team came out and redid measurements and were able to change the measurements for the headboard with no hassle. They went out of their way to help us. We will definitely be back to do our Nursery.
