Very happy customer
Excellent experience with this branch. Took my car in for a service recently and from the moment I arrived I was treated professionally. I did not have to wait a long time and within 30 minutes I was booked in and ready to leave. They called me to know when it was ready and offered a lift. Very happy

Happy customer with beautiful custom pieces
We bought several headboards and bases from this company, we had read the bad reviews about order delays and clients waiting months which really scared us. However the owner explained why there was a delay and was very honest and told us that we would wait longer than the normal dates of 30-35 business days because of power outages and loadshedding. We ended up waiting almost 50 days to finally get our order. However, we are blown away by the quality and craftsmanship. We wanted a specific design that my wife found on Pinterest. They created a 10 page beautiful document for us with our designs and interior design to show us what it would look like in our house. They came and took dimensions at our new home and they really made us feel cared for. Im writing this review because people only write reviews when they have something to complain about. This business has been a pleasure to work with and deserves credit. The staff are knowledgeable and professional and the service is human and close and Nicha gave us interior design guidance for free. Waiting a long time was not ideal and in fact very painful, however the results were worth it and we are very happy with our furniture. We have ordered from Coricraft Menlyn before and had a nightmare experience and they are a big business. Smaller businesses are the way to go and they deserve the credit because of the attention to care and finish and service. Thanks guys
