WORST SERVICE EVER
Without doubt the poorest service levels I have ever experienced, with their left hand not knowing what their right hand is doing ! Staff misrepresenting themselves whilst taking a "bullying" attitude to our enquiries, and not giving us the names of the person or persons in charge. Very unpleasant experience - their telephone just rings, and their website is out of date.

****iest Matress I ever had the misfortune to own.
The matress sides collapsed within weeks, and after only a couple of months the matress became lumpy and uneven. The 2 cushions I also purchased flattened so badly, I had to buy new ones after only about 3 months I phoned the shop where I bought the matress after about a month, and they commented that it is normal for the sides to collapse and isn't covered by any warranty as it is probably my weight causing the issue (I weigh between 65 and 75kg only). After about two months of this horrible sleep experience, I returned to the shop to demand a replacement or my money back, but I found the shop has closed or moved, and no one knows where to. So I am stuck with this badly engineered nightmare until I can once again save up for a proper matress.

Exceptional customer service & best beds
Superb customer service from Shepherd and Reggie! They convinced me to fly up to Joburg and today i’m enjoying the investment i made. Thank you Shepherd for going an extra mile to ensure that my bed gets delivered on time in Cape Town

Superb customer service from Shepherd and Reggie! They convinced me to fly up to Joburg and today i’m enjoying the investment i made. Thank you Shepherd for going an extra mile to ensure that my bed gets delivered on time in Cape Town

I went to Luner beds in fourways, I purchased a bed on the 17th of December,I was told I have guarantee of 7 years by a consultant that sold me a bed, the bed was delivered one day when I was changing the mattress cover I realized the bed is stretching, I went to the store I found the same guy that sold me a bed, I explained the story showed him picture, he said it's negligence,I asked how, he asked if I move the bed I said I haven't since December, he called her manager she said I must send her pictures on whatsapp I did that,she never got back to me, I did a follow up asked her what was happening she said she will let me know, till today no one is saying anything, my mattress lasted 2 months,now it stretched even more and it's getting torn.
