<div>I bought iPhone 12 Promax in July 2021 and worked for just more than a year and it lost network. I then went to iStore for assistance and was advised to backup my phone before they could assist. After backing up i went back and they did all they could only to find out that the phone has been blacklisted. I produced the purchase invoice as well as the proof of payment. They advised me to contact Nextgen Mobile to request the phone to be unblocked and below is the response I got from Suhil: “Hi Anold, We are not obligated to assist you with this matter as your device is well beyond it's warranty period. Furthermore, you're clearly well aware of the insurance ****s taking place. As I've mentioned in my above responses, if the device was blacklisted within the first 3-6 months of being sold then it would be an issue with our supply and we would be forced to rectify. I would have even assisted had you encountered this problem after a whole year. Our supplier is refusing to entertain this. Again - use a CellC SIM in the device and it should work just fine.
