19 Nov 2024, 07:15Hi Peter, when requesting the COC dated the 14th of October 24, we had immediately noted that the COC had not been uploaded as this COC and inspection was allocated to our installation electrician in October 2023. I responded to your request dated the 14th of October 24 and immediately initiated we send our current installation electrician out to urgently re-do the certificate and accommodate the matter accordingly dated the 15th of October 2024, the re-inspection was done and actioned dated the 16th of October 2024 and issued again for the second time, and provided, I had apologised for this oversight and rectified the matter immediately. You notified me yesterday dated the 19th November 2024 of the matter with SARS, and again I immediately responded to rectify and assist you, and again I provided an update last night dated the 19th November 2024 to advise that I was in-deed attending to the mater. I will ensure that this is rectified and as soon as possible as stated. Unfortunately, this is due to human error, which we can only manage to the best of our ability, most importantly we will ensure we immediately respond and do whatever we can to rectify any concerns (which we have done) and or issues reported as soon as possible. As stated in my mail, I will have this sorted.
