Horrible Service from Lunar Pro Pretoria North

Totally unacceptable service from Lunar Pro Pretoria North. We purchased a solar system from them Dec 2024. Since then, we've been battling with the system where the inverter was taken in twice, technicians brought back our inverter about 2 weeks ago on which they advised that the system is running on 23% of its capacity with only a fridge, internet router and 2 lights connected. We had a power failure and 12 hours later the system has completely shut down although no additional items were connected, and the sun was shining so it was supposed to recharge the batteries of the system. We requested a technician to come to resolve the issue however they advised that no one is available. This morning, we went into the shop where the manager/owner attended to us we were shocked at their way of handling the situation telling us that our system of almost 40k is a back-up system and because they didn't had technicians at the time of purchase, they didn't install the system and therefor they are not taking responsibility
