Horrible Service from Lunar Pro Pretoria North
Totally unacceptable service from Lunar Pro Pretoria North. We purchased a solar system from them Dec 2024. Since then, we've been battling with the system where the inverter was taken in twice, technicians brought back our inverter about 2 weeks ago on which they advised that the system is running on 23% of its capacity with only a fridge, internet router and 2 lights connected. We had a power failure and 12 hours later the system has completely shut down although no additional items were connected, and the sun was shining so it was supposed to recharge the batteries of the system. We requested a technician to come to resolve the issue however they advised that no one is available. This morning, we went into the shop where the manager/owner attended to us we were shocked at their way of handling the situation telling us that our system of almost 40k is a back-up system and because they didn't had technicians at the time of purchase, they didn't install the system and therefor they are not taking responsibility

Excellent Work, Service and Product!
Gerrie and his team did an Excellent job with our installation, with fast and efficient work done. Everything was done with respect on their work space. I would recommend them to everyone!

Friendly, accommodating owner and teams that knows exactly how to do the solar installations to not only look good, but also perform efficiently and save you money. Special thanks to Zane ***ner) and Gerrie (programming). Always willing to go the extra mile, even if it means having to work outside normal hours or weekends. Keep up the good work!

Inverter disaster
We brought inverter on the 21 September 2023 they installed it then on the 3rf week of December we wanted to add solar panels with them, but they had moved shops in Pretoria north with no forwarding address. Then we went to another company an they installed the panel come 12th January their inverter kept biping showing code4 which isnt explained in the manual. I whatsapped their installer guy an he blueticked me came the 18th when I mentioned the ombudsman he rep**** my whatsapp texts. Then he came on the 29th January to take the inverter which is still under guarantee by the way an promised to bring a new one on after 3 weeks to date he hasn't forwarded any report to me nor the other company as promised because when he fetched the inverter I invited the other company to be present as well, as he kept saying their at fault with the panels. Now the guy from the solar panels has been trying to reach him his blueticking him an me as well. LunarPro Pretoria north branch are so unprofessional. We paid alot of money an they fail to keep to their word. I wouldn't recommend them to all. An I don't know if their doing this because we are black an residing in township or what.

Lunarpro excellent service
Lunarpro, a service provider for King Price, did an excellent job. The speed of response was top notch and the installation done within a day of confirmation. The team on the ground were professional, answered all questions and did a neat and efficient installation.
