Inverter disaster

We brought inverter on the 21 September 2023 they installed it then on the 3rf week of December we wanted to add solar panels with them, but they had moved shops in Pretoria north with no forwarding address. Then we went to another company an they installed the panel come 12th January their inverter kept biping showing code4 which isnt explained in the manual. I whatsapped their installer guy an he blueticked me came the 18th when I mentioned the ombudsman he rep**** my whatsapp texts. Then he came on the 29th January to take the inverter which is still under guarantee by the way an promised to bring a new one on after 3 weeks to date he hasn't forwarded any report to me nor the other company as promised because when he fetched the inverter I invited the other company to be present as well, as he kept saying their at fault with the panels.

Now the guy from the solar panels has been trying to reach him his blueticking him an me as well. LunarPro Pretoria north branch are so unprofessional. We paid alot of money an they fail to keep to their word. I wouldn't recommend them to all. An I don't know if their doing this because we are black an residing in township or what.
