Luno have my R16000 I sent them my money from binance platform to Luno than I choose wrong network so I don't receive my money because of use wrong network but they did receive my money

Where is a code that they have to give me so that I can get my money back but they didn't want to give me my code to reverse my money The platform that I use to sent money they told me that they do receive my money but o a wrong network which they can help me to get my money back but they don't want with my money

If they can give me what I want I can be able to get my money back
