Luno does not care about its clients
Very bad support services. My phone stop working, and I informed them that I wanted to change the phone number, they kept on telling me that they will contact me via my email, but they did not. Because of that, I was not able to send cryptos to my investment platform, thereby loosing profit. They don't care!

Luno does not care about its clients
Very bad support services. My phone stop working, and I informed them that I wanted to change the phone number, they kept on telling me that they will contact me via my email, but they did not. Because of that, I was not able to send cryptos to my investment platform, thereby loosing profit. They don't care!

Bad investment
I have paid money into my Luno account only to then be told that my account is blocked? Now I am being told that I need to clear my money from my account? How am I supposed to do this if my account is blocked. Don't ever invest with Luno they ***** your money!

Luno have my R16000 I sent them my money from binance platform to Luno than I choose wrong network so I don't receive my money because of use wrong network but they did receive my money Where is a code that they have to give me so that I can get my money back but they didn't want to give me my code to reverse my money The platform that I use to sent money they told me that they do receive my money but o a wrong network which they can help me to get my money back but they don't want with my money If they can give me what I want I can be able to get my money back

Avoid like the plague.
Actively support ****mers. Avoid like the plague. I had over £4000 de*****ed from their terribl marketplace just trying to withdraw some crypto. I looked online and contacted "ＡｙｒＬＰ ". They worked tirelessly to help me rebuild my refund. The communication and updates were amazing and i am now back on tracing the transfer and it was reversed back to my account
