Loan application
I app**** for a loan from Capitec and was informed telephonically that it was approved. I have spoken to them and after numerous emails received a call yesterday that my loan was not approved. I am so disappointed in Capitec I really feel that I have been treated badly and am so sorry that I have an account with them.

Loan application
I app**** for a loan from Capitec which was approved. I sent all relevant documents via email. Now I cannot get hold of anyone telephonically or via numerous emails. I need to know what is happening with my loan I am totally disgusted with Capitec.

Bad investment
I have paid money into my Luno account only to then be told that my account is blocked? Now I am being told that I need to clear my money from my account? How am I supposed to do this if my account is blocked. Don't ever invest with Luno they ***** your money!

FNB
I have banked with FNB for over 20 year's since October last year 3 amounts have gone out of my account. The ***** department is useless after reporting to them they have never contacted me. Everytime I call I just get told that they cannot trace the money. I am a pensioner and it has been R6000, R8000 and R13000 missing from my account. I am disgusted and moving my bank account. Surely all banks have insurance against this kind of thing. My friend had R130000 missing from Standard Bank and had all her money refunded in 3 days ????

Bad service
I had my car repaired at Menlyn Auto Repairs almost 2 yrs ago they never completed the work but my Insurance has paid them I have called and been to see them numerous times make promises to contact me but still haven't don't ever have your vehicle repaired by them they are unprofessional and lie all the time!
