Luno does not care about its clients
Very bad support services. My phone stop working, and I informed them that I wanted to change the phone number, they kept on telling me that they will contact me via my email, but they did not. Because of that, I was not able to send cryptos to my investment platform, thereby loosing profit. They don't care!

HARASSMENT BY NSFAS
Even though I had paid NSFAS the amount they previously SMS to me, I am still being harassed by Debt Collectors. My ID number is: 5408225682087. I really do not know what to do now. I have a proof of payment from my bank. When trying to contact them either through phone or email, it is useless. Phone does not work and they don't answer emails.

HARRASMENT BY NSFAS
Harassment by NSFAS On 1st of November 2019 I received a message from NSFAS asking me to pay R4373.89 as settlement for my loan, I did that (I still have proof of payment through my bank), on 12 November 2019 I received another SMS from them saying: "Please contact us urgently regarding your NSFAS loan account. Bal R4683.78 Ref: Your IDNumber Credit Intel". This clearly is harassment and daylight robbery. I wonder if they think I am a cash cow. My ID Number is: 5408225682087. Please help!!!!
