Based on recent customer reviews, this business delivers a consistently strong customer experience anchored by outstanding agent quality and rapid communication. Customers frequently name individual consultants and praise their friendliness, patience, and professionalism. Recurring praise is given to claims and roadside assistance, though a vocal minority report frustrating delays, rejected claims, and poor transparency around premium increases.

NSFAS has ignored my requests for account recovery since 2024. I cannot apply for funding. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of assistance from National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS). Since October 2024,after I was ****** and lost my phone, I have been unable to access my MyNSFAS account. Because of this incident, I could not complete the OTP/swipe swap veri, and I also had to change my Google account details. I tried multiple times to recover my accounts but was unsuccessful. Since then, I have done everything possible to resolve this issue: I have called NSFAS multiple times I have sent emails I contacted them on their social media platforms. I even went to National Youth Development Agency (NYDA) offices twice for assistance I was advised to send affidavit and supporting documents to link my old NSFAS account to my new email address, which I did. I also answered all the account retrieval questions requested by NSFAS. However, nothing has been resolved. From 2024 until now in 2026,I have received no meaning assistance or solution. My account is not accessible, and I cannot reapply for funding. This situation is extremely unfair and heartbreaking because I cannot go to school without NSFAS funding. My parents are unemployed, and we cannot afford tertiary education on our own. Because of this unresolved issue, my education has been delayed for years. All I want is for NSFAS to help me recover my account or transfer it to my new email address so I can apply for funding and continue my studies. I am exhausted from trying every channel available and receiving no real help. I am asking NSFAS to please urgently intervene and resolve this matter so that I can finally move forward with my education. The poor customer service is exhausting.

But requirements are, a needy student and a south African parents or one parent being a South African we fund you but her status last year moved to provincially funded, this year back to assessing financial abilities she is struggling a lot and she is a bright student. Due to this challenge she is now suffering from stress as she is not eating well as well as girls necessities. Kindly assist please

I am extremely frustrated and concerned about my current situation regarding my NSFAS funding and university registration. The registration period at UNISA has now officially closed, yet my NSFAS application is still not finalised. I submitted my application within the required deadlines and have made multiple follow-ups via email and other channels, but I have not received a final response. As a student who is fully dependent on NSFAS funding, I am now at risk of losing my academic year due to administrative delays that are beyond my control. This situation is causing severe emotional and financial stress. I urgently request: • Immediate finalisation of my NSFAS application • Clear communication between NSFAS and UNISA • Confirmation that my academic year will not be forfeited due to these delays Students should not be academically prejudiced because of internal processing delays. I request urgent intervention and written feedback as soon as possible.

Complaint I am raising this complaint regarding the continued delay in finalising my NSFAS application. I am a continuing UNISA student who is currently temporarily registered, pending confirmation of NSFAS funding. All required documents were submitted correctly and within the prescribed timeframes. However, my application has remained pending/under verification for an extended period. I have now sent 7 to 8 follow-up emails and made several attempts to contact NSFAS, yet I have received no clear feedback or resolution. Due to this lack of response, my temporary registration is at risk of being cancelled, which would prevent me from continuing my studies through no fault of my own. I have also contacted UNISA Student Funding to request assistance, as registration deadlines are approaching and the delay from NSFAS is becoming critical. I am respectfully requesting: A clear update on my application status, and Urgent assistance to finalise my funding so that my registration can be confirmed. I am not seeking special treatment, only fair and timely communication to allow me to continue my studies. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
