Remove my name on your system.
I want you remove my name on your system which makes sassa to decline. I am not currently funded. You must always update your system accordingly. I have tried to reach out to you so many times but to no availe and no responds.

Remove your account in my credit profile.
Woolworths, u need to take down my overpaid and settled account through nimbke off my credit score page .When I check it on nedbank app or other credit checks apps/pages. I want to it gone and not showing or appearing. Im not no longer using the account, since you handed over to few attorneys for collection and simultaneously was handled by nimble group!!

You have bad customer service during the grant periods , your cashiers refuse to sell airtimes or make bills pyamnet's claiming they are offline. Always same thing. The managers are careless as well. Aarrgh

Rotten food !!! Managers special food😡😡👹
My mom bought ready made food at Nkomo attredgeville on monday 1/09/25. It was managers special plates fpr R15.00 ,samp with two baked chicken pieces and spinach. I ate asmall portion of that food..it was slimy. Since at midnight I had diarrhea from the food. Its been 4 days since I ate the food my tummy is still loose. I can't even eat anything ,cause it gets more diarrhea. Normalise throwing spoilt food unlike reselling them cheaper to customers. It's wrong. How will I stop my tummy from this horrible experience? Im feeling sick and weaker. I can't even drink water ..it acts as laxative in my tummy as well. Stop resellong rotten food.

I have sent countless emails, requesting a refund from nimble group..only to recieve a reason that it's been declined/ rejected. What's the reason for an reject on a refund? Where are you taking the over paid amount? I would like you to remove my account on credit bereaus,clear my name on the bad credit lists. Contact woolworths and let them know my account is settled and over paid. Why are u refusing with a refund?

Disgusting woolies security
Woolworths at Quagga centre in pretoria..has a bad customer service ..the security searches certain type of customers..I got there she was seaching an old woman in a store .. and She searched me again..before I could even exit the store .. she leaves the rest of the customers exiting the store !! This is disgusting ever !! And the cashiers are unfriendly.. the app also doesn't work. Im struggling to link a card... it keeps going back to entering ID and never goes to the next stage. Woolworths you keep loosing touch everytime single day. U need to overlook at your strategy.. ir falling. So many bad reviews why??u are careless.

A follow up on refund.
I have requested a refund, and got a respond from nimble group through email,to send all the required documents,Which I did. How ever I haven't recieved a feedback on when I will recieve my refund. They are non communicative and I don't know if it is successful or not.My account needs to be closed and be updated with the credit bureaus.

I was paying off my debt from woolworths,you kept appearing on my nedbank,credit score profile then decided to contact you.and settle my account.I realised that my balance kept increasing with a minus because Im over paying. I request you to refund my R513.13 since I overpayed. And I have recieved paid up letter from you for woolworths account.

Bad customer service!!
Mc donalds at Nkomo village in pretoria has a bad customer service. The do not want customer complains. The was one lady who is bully and rude .fat lady she was refusing to fill up packet of chips when I asked her since she said its normal. She kept on saying Im costing the company and next time .. threatening me.

BAD SERVICE
I have worked at ackermans in bellombre in pretoria the Manager by the name of norah Matoto constracted a dismall against me while I was working in another shop that she transfered me to without my idea. Now Im strugglig to recieve my Ui19 to claim for my benefits. Ackermans and their managers don't follow processes and protocols. Im struggling to head through to head office number. It rings without success.Im Stuck Ackermans has both bad customer service and employee experience.
