I had returns with Sars which I honored and also some penalties with they deducted from my investments during payout, I changed my banking details, i did some online which was rejected and on the 2nd of February 2025, I went there personally to submit my banking details, the consultant assured me that everything is in order, I am expecting a refund from Sars since last year August, today on the 9 March 2025, I received a letter dated the 7th March 2025 that my banking details are rejected, the ones that I submitted personally, what kind of banking details are they looking for now. Let the author of the letter advise me please and who is penalizing them for keeping our monies
On the 13th of March 2023, I put a claim against my funeral due death of my Aunt, an elderly person, my father's sister so that I can help with the funeral, she was one of my beneficiary. I borrowed money to help with funeral arrangements and also for my transport to go where the funeral is. Till to date I haven't received anything from Two mountains and I still owe people their money. I'm still in pain for my loss and also in debt for things that I made sure that I pay my premiums every month, everything is up to date. I went to their offices where I was sent from pillar to post. Please assist, I need to heal. I'm not fine
Policy no PU92762 is still unpaid since December 2022, I buried a relative from borrowed money, and everytime I go to their offices in Polokwane from Dikgale which cost about R150. I'm always being taken for a ride, taken from pillar to post. I can't breath, I can't heal and I'm in debt whereas I was paying my premiums without fail. Please assist Eva Letsoalo
I have kids who were registered with the above, I saw that I could not afford to carry on them being registered, and couldn't finish paying last year's fees as I became jobless, I could not get the reports and their transfer letters due to non payment, I tried stating my case but fallen on deaf ears, now my kids are temporarily registered at a public school and they are threating to expel them as they don't have necessary documents. please assist
