Luno does not care about its clients

Very bad support services. My phone stop working, and I informed them that I wanted to change the phone number, they kept on telling me that they will contact me via my email, but they did not. Because of that, I was not able to send cryptos to my investment platform, thereby loosing profit. They don't care!
