Andiswa Ngwenya you are a frauster. Her numbers 064 529 1149 & 071 229 4127. Watch out people for Lush Hair Booth/Iconic Hair Collection. Do not buy anything from her. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!This is a scam. Ive been waiting for my order. Its been more than 2 months. Andiswa ngwenya or her team, does not even respond to whatsApps nor emails, or even on Insta. She has recently changed the name of her company, its no longer Lush Hair Booth, its now ICONIC HAIR COLLECTION. To show that this is a scam, the phone numbers & email address on that Instagram page are not working... OMG!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!! DON'T BE LURED BY HER CHEAP PRICES, YOU WONT GET YOUR WIGS.

Lush hair is just a scam, nothing short of robbing young vulnerable girls off their money. At first as you’re about to order Andiswa Ngwenya will talk to you and lure you into purchasing her weaves once you fall for the trap and transfer money into her account she goes mute and doesn’t respond to dm, calls or any sort of communication method I requested a transfer of money back since the hair wasn’t delivered but nothing from her since, the name is recently being changed to iconic hair collection she keeps changing the shops name so as to deceive more girls but this time she messed with the wrong girl I won’t take this lightly and I will take further steps regarding this issue in short I don’t recommend lush hair to anyone.

Poor customer service
No communication regarding your order whatsoever, they ignore whatsApp messages, texts, phone calls and even their emails. How else are we suppose to contact them? Been waiting for my order for over a month now and no response from them. I requested for a refund and I'm still waiting. Wish I knew the physical store location so that I can go there in person. Andiswa Ngwenya (Lush Hair Booth) has no business etiquette and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop there.

Poor customer service

Bad customer service
What a bad customer service and poor communication from Lush Hair Booth They sell poor quality hair and mislead us I have few people who had the same bad experience I’ve been waiting for my refund since I haven’t received my order till to date I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop there
