Poor customer service

No communication regarding your order whatsoever, they ignore whatsApp messages, texts, phone calls and even their emails. How else are we suppose to contact them?

Been waiting for my order for over a month now and no response from them. I requested for a refund and I'm still waiting. Wish I knew the physical store location so that I can go there in person.

Andiswa Ngwenya (Lush Hair Booth) has no business etiquette and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop there.
