Shocking Service

What an absolute shocking experience i have had with Lutz Marine, i take my bout there for an assessment and wait months for feedback and when i inquire about it in the new year i get a response on email like this:

" My wife nor me have the time in our main season to sit on the phone or the internet for Hrs To find cheaper parts for your boat."

This is the absolute worse service i have ever experienced !!!

They then send me an invoice for work done that they did not disclose before doing the quote.........before i can collect my boat after all this!!
