We submitted a claim, we got no response from them, i called multiple times, with no response, until some guy advised they are looking into it. They requested that we pay penalties, which they did not communicate about when they received the claim. We paid the money the wanted. Sent pop. We waited and kept on following up, they never responded. We are being called by a guy that is lying saying they just help people. Our person died the 10th we burried him by the 22nd Nov with no pay out. We saw the undertaker taking a car in the yard saying he will sell it if we dont pay the money. And the main member is not coping because of this😭 she just fell near an atm as she saw there are no funds yet😏 she is now hospitalised. This is wrong😩😩😩 can you help the guys number is +27 (81) 513-2539 his name is Luvuyo Bobo the 2nd number answered by a Portia who is an assessor +27 (81) 524-4535 is no longer answered

I'm Sizwe Ntinzi I have been with Luvuyo funeral club for so many years but right now I'm writing this review with a heavy heart my father passed away on the 27 of June I submitted my documents but Luvuyo told me they have a backlog I must wait till today I am still not paid no that is not right I cannot even get hold of their consultants now on the phone of which I used to speak to Ayanda but now they don't even say a word they do not reply on WhatsApp I am now thinking of opening a case with Saps as I cannot continue paying them for no service.

I’m writing this review with a heavy heart, I have submitted my claim In June 24 and on the 12 of June 24 I have received a message that they will process my claim and I haven’t received it till today. I have been making numerous calls however their service is so ****py with unfulfilled promises. The lack of communication and delayed is beyond me, I had to make alternative plans to go and bury my grandfather with dignity, I came back hoping that they will process it after the funeral. They really don’t get tired of lies, They keep on saying they have a power failure or they have a backlog of payments they are just lying trying to buy time.

By far the worst service ever, from the people who answered to the manager who is never available. I’ve been waiting for weeks for a claim I made at the beginning of June, we heading for the end of July. They are going to want a payment from me though month end but I’m still waiting for my claim. IM READY TO TAKE THIS FURTHER!!! The manager needs to call me ASAP. You guys make things difficult for a person.

I am so disgusted with Luvuyo’s empty promises. I have never missed a premium, submitted my claim on January this year. No communication whatsoever from their side. I have to pay people back their money. They are forever getting back to me but nothing is happening. I just want my claim to paid is that too much to ask?
