We submitted a claim, we got no response from them, i called multiple times, with no response, until some guy advised they are looking into it. They requested that we pay penalties, which they did not communicate about when they received the claim. We paid the money the wanted. Sent pop. We waited and kept on following up, they never responded. We are being called by a guy that is lying saying they just help people. Our person died the 10th we burried him by the 22nd Nov with no pay out. We saw the undertaker taking a car in the yard saying he will sell it if we dont pay the money. And the main member is not coping because of this😭 she just fell near an atm as she saw there are no funds yet😏 she is now hospitalised. This is wrong😩😩😩 can you help the guys number is +27 (81) 513-2539 his name is Luvuyo Bobo the 2nd number answered by a Portia who is an assessor +27 (81) 524-4535 is no longer answered

I called in with for a *****ulent activity. They kept on lying and saying it was an approved transaction and they couldn't prove or provide proof of authorisation. I spoke with Nolo Tsepe and Ntombifikile and a manager Verqueline Matube.

I had a problem for over 2months, where i was left without a phone, after a number of complaints and follow ups, i ended up complaining here, and within 2days my issue was sorted and i got what i wanted and needed to happen..

device repair issue
Ive bought a device of mtn at truworths in october and returned it on march stayed without a phone for over 2 months and came back with the same issue, witjin a day i returned it to truworths cape town and ive been hearing stories after stories, mtn only cared when i published this on twitter and asked for my details and they never followed up at all. its the 4th month without a phone, it cimes and goes between truworths and mtn and im sick of it i payed for that phone????

device issue
i bought a phone in adderly street truworths in oct 2018 , then by march it was not working not charging at all. then i returned it, stayed without a phone for 2months recieved it back on june begining returned it following day it had the same issue. since them i only get response of the same infor, they are waiting for it to get back, its been close to 4months without a phone.
