Luxalclub are scam artists

I am giving 1 star because there is no option for zero stars. I ordered 1 of there Fluffy comforter set advertised on Facebook and still till now haven't received anything. I received emails from them to say that the parcel was dispatched and I even received 2 emails asking me to review the item. I replied to the emails asking how was I meant to review something that I have not received. I have had no replies to those emails. I really think that Facebook needs to do something about all these fake pages on there trying to sell stuff to people that don't actually exist.
