Luxalclub are scam artists
I am giving 1 star because there is no option for zero stars. I ordered 1 of there Fluffy comforter set advertised on Facebook and still till now haven't received anything. I received emails from them to say that the parcel was dispatched and I even received 2 emails asking me to review the item. I replied to the emails asking how was I meant to review something that I have not received. I have had no replies to those emails. I really think that Facebook needs to do something about all these fake pages on there trying to sell stuff to people that don't actually exist.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! They advertise on Facebook, take your money, send one email to "look legit" and then that's it! You never hear from them again! How is it Facebook allows these scammers to advertise on their site and get away with it? theluxalclub billionairebrand@outlook.com

Very disappointed, Don't order from these people..First time being scammed. They promise fast shipping in 4 days and never get any follow ups or respond to emails.

There was an advert for sale on their Facebook page. I checked the reviews and people's comments, everything was just positive and convincing. After making payment in a week, I tried to follow up cause it stated that the order will take 2-3 working days. Tried tracking my order only to find out that it was a scam. Will it be possible for me to go to the bank and report it? Will they be able to refund me? or I just lose the money just like that?

After making payment in a week, I tried to follow up cause it stated that the order will take 2-3 working days. Tried tracking my order only to find out that it was a scam. Will it be possible for me to go to the bank and report it? Will they be able to refund me? or I just lose the money just like that?

What a SCAM!!!!! I ordered and paid on the 2nd March and up untill this hour i haven't gotten my comforter or any response to my email. I paid. I got a turnaround time of 2-3 working days. And I paid R309. But if i log into my account with them the amount keeps on going down. Now it shows I paid R199. Every dog gets its day. U might think you scammed us now but something else will get you.
