scam

There was an advert for sale on their Facebook page. I checked the reviews and people's comments, everything was just positive and convincing. After making payment in a week, I tried to follow up cause it stated that the order will take 2-3 working days. Tried tracking my order only to find out that it was a scam. Will it be possible for me to go to the bank and report it? Will they be able to refund me? or I just lose the money just like that?
