Purchased Pillows online via OZOW, no communication received from them until after a week claiming my payment is not reflecting on their side. Sent them all proof they needed however still no progress on an order purchased on the 26th March.

Very disappointed, Don't order from these people..First time being scammed. They promise fast shipping in 4 days and never get any follow ups or respond to emails.

Worst Experience ever shopping with planet54, I purchased two pairs of tracksuit and only received one pair. No one communicated with me that the other pair is out of stock but continued to ship my order without the other pair. I'm very disappointed as this was my first time shopping with them and never again.
