PLANET 54 RENTAL SETTLEMENT( WRONGFUL ALLOCATED ARREAS)
I am writing for the second time here about the same issue with planet 54, i am very frustrated and regretting to involve myself with this company as the do not have best interests to their consumers, i have had a rental contract with them cancelled it and duly paid whatever that i owed as per the agreement. they sent me a paid up letter. to my surprise it appears that i still owe them monies and i am in arrears, this affecting my credit rating i am trying to buy a car and this is blocking me. i have emailed them last year and they promised to sort it out but until today it is not sorted out. they are now not responding to my emails.

False advertising and bad customer service.
False advertising, they say on the website that once you get approved we buy the vehicle of your choice at the dealership and rent is out to you in a subscription basis. Which is not true. They say they dont buy from dealerships. If that was mentioned on the website i would have app****. Really bad business ethics to catch you with false advertising. Communication is also non existent on email and you dont get through to them on the phone. Was holding on for 15 min. No answer. Their excuse for everything is they are taking in new stock, in the same moment treating a potential client like ****. Stay away.

Useless Gym company ever by far.
If you are ever considering a gym company. Please dont waste your time with @PlanetFitnessZA, to say the least. These are ****mers, fly by nights and they will take every opportunity to milk the **** out you. The staff and so call manager behavior is appalling. These guys charged us for a full price for 4-5 while the vitality was active. After that the said no we should have came back to link the vitality in the branch. But the consultants dismally failed to advise as such in the beginning. When I told the sales manager this, he advised that he can't ask for a full refund because the consultant will be given a warning. I was kind and said cool call me and you can refund us 2 months. He failed to honor calling me back after countless begging to be called. Fast forward I ignored it because I was like my contract will come to the end now in January me and my wife. I have just canceled and I was told my contract is left with 5 months and my wife is left with 9 months, how the hell! is that because these were 12 months contract signed up in January 2023. Explained to me, maybe I'm a dumbass. This a ****y situation honestly and I hate this useless company. I want my money and this thing canceled. I will take you to the ombuds.

I purchased a few items in October 2022, I returned an item due to the size being small I instead opted that the credit will be used on my next purchase. All along ive been sitting with a credit balance until last month July 2023 when i wanted to make a purchase my credit balance has vanished, i called their offices a guy by the name of Linda took my details and promised to call back to find out what happened to my credit, im still waiting on him even today. I called their offices again and all they do is answer then put me on hold until i give in and hang up. All i can say im never buying from Planet54 even if they decide to sell their items for R1 I'm never going to purchase from them again. They can keep my refund it wont make them rich

PURCHASE AT PLANET 54 ONLINE
I bought bags, clothes from the store and it's taking forever for them to refund me. I have been calling and sending emails. Planet 54 but in vain. My parcel is still with Aramex 17 May 2023 I was told they don't know where they are supposed to deliver and I'm very angry. It seems like they don't want to take back they staff and refund me.
