Since 2022, Planet fitness have failed to resolve the issue of overcharging me. They are ignoring my emails. And surprisingly sending text about payment. Zero customer care, zero responsiveness, zero alignment in aftercare. Not customer centric at all.
I bought a Samsung Washing Machine ofcourse because of the Samsung promise and because its a brand I love(d). Never was I ever this dissapointed! Prior to Samsung I had owned an LG for more than 8 years. Imagine my disappointment when the Samsung broke in less that 24 months. (i) The after-care service was so bad at some stage I had to physically go to their center (ii) Worse - Samsung has made all forms of excuses not to repair within warranty and so (iii) their hope is that I fix the R6000 machine for R4000. As I shop around for a new machine - I am walking so far away from Samsung.
Acer aftercare is non horrible. Even though I had insurance and my laptop was under warranty I am still struggling. The value of the screen is almost equal to the price of the laptop. The service was super bad.
