Miscommunication from Luxity
I took my rado watches to the sandton branch. They made a reasonable offer and aftr asking numerous times is this will be sold they confirmed YES... Today I get an email from them stating my watches is ready for collection which was very confusing and the only reason stipulated was "condition" they are not in a bad condition at all maybe just a few scratches on the black one. I wont deal with them again. Drove all the way to sandton to drop them off to receive this message a few days later.

06 Oct 2025, 14:19On Friday I received a call from someone (He said his the owner of luxity) and we chatted and he mentioned they will try and see what they can arrange and I will receive feedback today. Up to now I have not received a call or feedback. He mentioned they can courier my watches back to me. I wanted an explanation as to why they did not accept my watches. His response was that it needs to be serviced and my suggestion was to buy these items from me on a lower cash price to cover the service on their side and the weirdest thing was that him as the owner said he will discuss it with the buying department and they will get back to me but I have not received any response and very disappointed with the fact that they rejected my watches due to a service needed which they could have deducted the prices for the service and make a new offer !!! I don't understand how the owner calls to rectify this and yet still nothing. I am not entirely sure if it was the owner that called but he did mention he is the owner.
